Search Knowledge Base by Keyword

Tasks- Add Columns to Task list

If you want more data to appear in the task list view please follow the steps below:

1) Go into the task list by clicking “Tasks” on the left hand menu.
2) Right click on a column of your choice (for example “type” column)
3) Select “column chooser” and the “customization” window will appear.
4) Drag and drop any of the fields of your choice into the column list (drag beside the “Type” column) and the additional column will appear.
