How do I reindex the InfoFlo database

Here are the steps to reindex the InfoFlo database:

• 1) Turn off the InfoFlo server service.
• 2) Go to your carmel vision server folder and drop the the file from this link Click Here into the InfoFlo server folder
• 3) Go back to services and turn on the InfoFlo server service.

The reindex can take up to 2-5 hours to complete depending on the amount of data you have in the system.
