How do I Test my Email Account?

  1. From the main InfoFlo interface, click Settings -> click Profile to open the My Profile window.
  2. Click ‘Accounts’ to open the email panel.
  3. Under ‘Add, edit, delete accounts, and link to signatures below.’ select the email you want to test and click edit.
  4. Click ‘Edit>’.
  5. Check off the ‘Test Account settings on the next step’ dialogue box and then click ‘Next>’.
  6. If both your Inbox, sent items, and outgoing pass that means your email account setting are correct. If not you will need to click ‘Back>’ and then ‘More Settings…’ to adjust your email account details
