How do I create a new calendar event for a Project?

  1. Click Projects from the left hand menu (to view the list of projects), right click a Project and click New Appointment to Project.
  2. Alternatively, click Calendar from the left hand menu.
  3. Click 'New Appointment' from the Ribbon Toolbar or right click and select ‘New Appointment’.
  4. Click 'Link' to Link the new calendar event to a Project
  5. Select the 'Project Tab' and select the Project you would to Link to the Calendar Event. Click the '->>' button to create the link.
  6. Click 'OK' to confirm the link.
  7. Click 'Save' to Save the new appointment.
