1. If there is a firewall running on the InfoFlo server computer which is blocking all ports, incoming InfoFlo client connections will time out and will not be able to connect.
2. If the InfoFlo server is behind an existing router which is also acting as a firewall then it is most likely safe to disable the firewall on the server as it is redundant. If the local firewall on the InfoFlo server is required then please open port 8082 which is the default port for the InfoFlo service.
