Ping Server IP

Follow the step below to Ping your InfoFlo server.

1) In Windows, select Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt (or within windows search bar type “cmd”)
2) Enter the word ping, followed by a space, then the IP Address (to find your IP Address open InfoFlo and before you login click on set up connections https://infoflosolutions.com/knowledgebase/how-do-i-configure-set-up-connections/)

Results:

1)If the results show a series of replies, the connection is working
2)If you see a “timed out” error instead of a reply, there is a breakdown somewhere between your computer and the domain
