How can I automatically link emails to a Project using a Project ID?
- To add emails to a project automatically, click
New Email
after selecting the Project. - Emails will be automatically populated with have the Ticket ID in the subject. Any emails containing the Ticket ID (including replies) will be automatically linked to the project.
- The Ticket ID can be changed when the projected is added by clicking the ‘Modify…’ button next to the Ticket ID.
