Monitoring – The upstream provider has confirmed services are being restored. We are seeing improved connectivity on local Canadian calls at this time. We are continuing to work with them and will monitor this situation closely for further updates.

Update – We have taken additional steps to whitelist all affected InfoFlo Talk customers IP addresses directly with the carrier in order to make sure these IPs are not blocked in case of another event. We continue to monitor fully restored services at this time.

Identified – One of our underlying carriers is currently experiencing a second DDoS attack, which is affecting our services especially for inbound calls. We are actively working to get this resolved. Until we reach a resolution, you may be experiencing failed calls, API and portal latency/time outs, and/or delayed or failed messages.
