InfoFlo Talk services can be canceled anytime. to initiate the process please send an email to support with your customer name and one active phone number setup on our system. Service terminated within an active billing cycle will be billed until the next scheduled monthly recurring payment is due. An account set to closed will automatically renew for an additional month if its getting used into the next billing cycle (registered extensions with in/out calling). If porting InfoFlo Talk phone numbers to a new carrier please ensure carrier properly submits a port request using existing DIDs. Any fees imposed on InfoFlo Talk by new carrier to release numbers (vanity number port, network fees) will be passed on to the customer prior to port confirmation.
