Setup Estimate/Invoice PDF Company Information

With InfoFlo Pay you can customize your estimate and invoice PDF’s. This includes editing your company information, adding your logo and setting the bar color. Please follow the steps below to do this customization.

1. Select “Settings” from the left hand menu.
2. Expand the “Estimate/Invoice PDF Settings” tab.
3. Edit any/all company fields.
4. To add your company logo, scroll down to “Invoice Logo Image URL” and select “Upload”. Drag and Drop the logo and select “Upload Image”.
5. To edit the PDF bar color, click on the current color where it says “Select Color” and select a color or type in your color code.
6. Scroll down and select “Save”
