How to use the “Copy URL” option

If you want to use your own custom embed code then you can grab form link as follows:

1. Go to forms list by clicking form from the left hand menu.
2. Hover over the desired form and click ‘Copy URL’ button to open tooltip.
3. Copy the form link and use it in your HTML code.
