Customer Management:

  1. Allow new customers to be defined and added via portal. Click from main menu.
  2. Expose customer management functionality for primary/overflow plant assignments
  3. Assign any plant as primary per customer including plants already used as primary or overflow by other customers.
  4. Assign any number of overflow plants per customer including plants already used as primary or overflow by other customers.

Import:

  1. Display all customers on import wizard and attempt to schedule all jobs in csv to primary plant assigned to customer.

Job Resolution:

  1. Jobs that need resolution can be manually re-scheduled in open shifts in any overflow plant assigned to the customer.
  2. Resolution wizard will display pull down list of all overflow plants and suggest open shifts per plant.

Portal:

  1. Display all customers on pull down list when creating a new portal user and configuring its role
  2. Manage customer views for privacy now that plants can be shared.

Shift management:

  1. Permit shift delete for jobs that complete sooner than scheduled using the manual job completed feature.  To release a shifts select the last shift to be used for this job which will release all remaining shifts and set these to empty.  Please note that releasing a shift will not change job status.
  2. Permit shift add for jobs that require more time than scheduled.  Shifts can be added as day increments, 2 shifts at a time.  If jobs are back to back going forward in time then customer will need to adjust jobs accordingly to clear extra shifts at the tail end of the job that needs extending.
