Maintenance -> View All – Show all jobs in the selected date range

Maintenance -> Need Resolution – Show all jobs which are not yet scheduled or completed

Maintenance -> Locked Jobs – Display all locked jobs

Maintenance -> Firm Order – Display all jobs which have an associated PO.  Invoice due date field from Pack Manager is match up to ship date from forecast to insure correct instance of the SKUed job has the proper PO number.  Note the additional PO column in this view

Maintenance -> Quantity changed – Show All jobs where the order unit quantity has changed from prior forecast imports.  Notice that the status column may include many different workflow states.  This is because after detecting the quantity changed the system attempted to automatically schedule/re-schedule the job.  If the scheduling process succeeded then the status will be set to scheduled.  Otherwise it could remain in a number of other states.  Note the quantity / old quantity columns highlighting the changes in the units.  Old quantity is latest quantity before import and quantity is current as per the last time this job was imported.

Maintenance -> Ship Date changed – Show All jobs where ship all by date has changed from prior forecast imports.  Notice that the status column may include many different workflow states.  This is because after detecting the quantity changed the system attempted to automatically schedule/re-schedule the job.  If the scheduling process succeeded then the status will be set to scheduled.  Otherwise it could remain in a number of other states.  Note the Customer ship / old customer ship columns highlighting the changes in the dates.  Old customer ship is latest date before import and customer ship is current ship date as per the last time this job was imported.

Please note that a single job might have both a quantity change and a ship all by date change and therefore the same job will be on both views.
