Fair Usage Policy Acknowledgement

  • This Fair Usage Policy Disclaimer and Customer Acknowledgement constitutes a part of your Services Agreement (“Agreement”) with InfoFlo Solutions Inc, LLC (“InfoFlo Solutions Inc”). By signing this Disclaimer and Acknowledgement below, you (“You”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
  • InfoFlo Solutions Inc has implemented a Fair Usage Policy to ensure continued low rates for all customers. We reserve the right to offer you an alternate service plan and/or suspend or terminate services, if at any time we deem your usage to drastically exceed normal business use or fair usage limits. In addition, you may be required to pay additional business service plan rates, if your usage exceeds normal use or fair usage allowance.

    Inbound toll free minutes are limited to a combined total of 2,000 minutes per month per line. Local numbers are limited to 5,000 combined minutes per month per line for both incoming and outgoing calls. Total monthly shared minutes equals total number of lines multiplied by 5,000 or 2,000 respectively. Shared minutes can be adjusted up at any time by adding more lines which will increase pooled minutes by 5,000 or 2,000 respective.

    All outbound calls are limited to continental U.S.A (lower 48 states) and 10 Canadian provinces.

    When using a VoIP phone service, the quality of your calls and how many lines you can support will largely depend on the bandwidth of your internet connection, specifically the upload bandwidth — the faster the better. Please see for more information

    As a fraud and security measure, calls exceeding 2 hours in length may be subject to disconnection. The use of predictive or auto dialers, or Call Center traffic on our VoIP SIP trunks is strictly prohibited.

    In addition to the dual firewall configuration, edge detection technology and strong password enforcement we deploy with every system, we strongly recommend stringent customer side security policies be in implemented as well, especially with respect to internet access privileges and user management. A hacked extension on an active InfoFlo Talk system can result in a substantial increase in monthly VoIP charges as a result of unauthorized outbound calls taking place. We will promptly inform a customer as soon as our monitoring service picks up irregular usage patterns.
