InfoFlo Solutions Inc has implemented a Fair Usage Policy to ensure continued low rates for all customers. We reserve the right to offer you an alternate service plan and/or suspend or terminate services, if at any time we deem your usage to drastically exceed normal business use or fair usage limits. In addition, you may be required to pay additional business service plan rates, if your usage exceeds normal use or fair usage allowance.
Inbound toll free minutes are limited to a combined total of 3,000 minutes per month. Local numbers are limited to 5,000 combined minutes per month for both incoming and outgoing calls. Minutes exceeding this quota will be billed separately at a rate of 1.0 cents per minute for local and 1.5 cents per minute for toll free traffic. Quota can be adjusted up at any time for an additional cost as per customer requirements.
All outbound calls are limited to continental U.S.A (lower 48 states) and 10 Canadian provinces.
When using a VoIP phone service, the quality of your calls and how many lines you can support will largely depend on the bandwidth of your internet connection, specifically the upload bandwidth — the faster the better. Generally speaking, connections with an upload capacity of > 10Mbps support up to 8 simultaneous calls. Please use http://speedtest.net to measure internet speeds at your location.
As a fraud and security measure, calls exceeding 2 hours in length may be subject to disconnection. The use of predictive or auto dialers, or Call Center traffic on our VoIP SIP trunks is strictly prohibited.
We strongly recommend stringent security policies be in place, especially with respect to long passwords and internet user access privileges. A hacked extension on an active InfoFlo Talk PBX can result in a substantial increase in monthly VoIP charges as a result of unauthorized outbound calls taking place. We will promptly inform a customer as soon as our monitoring service picks up irregular usage patterns.
